Hey, thanks for visiting! My name is Dmitri Modell. I am a VCU Arts alumni with a bachelor’s in Communication Arts. I have created my own stickers, t-shirts, and other designs for sale on redbubble.com/DModell as well as created designs, animations, Illustrations, and paintings for upcoming athletes and average people who required my skills. I have a passion for completing commissioned works for families, individuals, and anyone who may need my aid on solving their personal creative problem. I’ve been working for companies like WRAP.GIFTS for the past 2 years to produce animations with a hand drawn sensibility appealing to demographics like Jewish kids, LGBTQ+ Graduates, and many more niche and broad topics. Using my years of experience in creating Animations, 3D Models, illustrations, and Graphic Design I’ve been able to pick up and learn how to operate all kinds of programs depending on the projects needs.
The abilities of an artist allows that person to bring their own visual inventory to the forefront and then use that to create original visuals/ideas that bring along with it a personal perspective and emotion. I strive to find new ways to improve my own creative and communication skills and get inspired by new things. Without the progression of art it can be difficult to perceive the errors and triumphs in our past, present and future. The creation of art in the world matters to each person in a different way, but is essential to the human condition, evolution, and experience.
